I mean I haven't changed all that much over the years and I'm still into a lot of the same goofy **** I always was. I'd probably still have long hair and a long beard if it wasn't so tedious washing it and keeping a job with it, but now that I haven't had it for so long it's just not as important to me and I go for an easier, more boring look. Just wait, you'll probably go the same way.

Maybe, out of laziness as I already said. I was actually thinking about dreads for that reason. But you never know. I'm a completely different person than you.
As far as metal, I probably know more than you think. By far no expert. I don't really showcase too much of what I'm listening to. Even though I still like horrorcore, nu metal and the industrial acts that bastardize elph's vision of goth, it's fairly disingenuous to paint my taste in music that narrowly. If anything I enjoy a well done black metal album much more than a full aggrotech project. Thantifaxath has been my favorite. Black metal is another one of those genres, kind of like horrorcore, where there is a slippery slope from well done to goofy trash. Like, it might be sacrilege, but Funeral Mist often times gets just as silly as Scum or SickTanicK. Death metal is cool too. Sludge is alright. Doom has to be done really well to be good, otherwise it's just completely boring. I don't think I could get into any thrash, though I did like Get The Shot which is very thrashy metalcore.
