but I have to say if everyone stood their ground at work like I do working conditions would be much better and laborers would be in command
so from my perspective working so hard you have nothing left at the end of the day is a kind of cowardice and slacking is by comparison revolutionary

I didn't mind it that much because A. We haven't really been working full shifts. B. I wanted that sweet O.T. money. C. I no showed for two weeks straight and they still gave me a full paycheck. I've had the conversation with them that I'm not going to be there if I'm going through really bad mood swings because I'm not provided with insurance that covers the cost of treatment for either of my disorders. I've drawn my lines. I got away with it because they know my worth, though. If you really want to be revolutionary you have to let them know that you actually are worth a **** prior to telling them no.
Edit: I no call and no showed for a week and when I came back I didn't get a lecture or a penalty I got the "We thought you were quitting, we're so glad that you didn't It's good to have you back." That was back in September when I was going through that whole moody over sensitive phase.
