I'm not sure if these are good for punk bands, but when considering names for a band I almost formed with a friend we went throug ha few:

Sins of Time Relieved
On the Rocks
Atlas of the Second World
Bacardi Blaster
Double Double Shot
Drinking Kiss Forgotten
Life on Your Back
Poor Kid
Cromal(made from rearranging the initials of our names...thats always fun if it works out right. I really liked this one)
Together in a Well

Most of those would work good with softer rock.
