if i can train myself to eat these small meals and no more than 5 a day, ill slowly add in stuff. like a banana. a banana is around 100 calories, shoot a candy bar is only 200. so two bananas and thats a candy bar

so i decided to leave out bananas from the meals, that would be 500 extra calories from bananas
