Shrimp Scampi and a salad.
I followed Emerils recipe but used smaller shrimp, a little less butter, angel hair pasta, and topped it with crumbled Parmesan Reggiano. The kind of meal where you bask in the afterglow. I still have a huge bowl left over for tomorrow, since I couldn't possibly fit any more in my body. I tried though. oof
