See my problem is that I'm all or nothing when it comes to food.
I'll go days without eating when I feel bad about my body.
I've got a long, boring history of disordered eating habits. The notions of "intuitive eating" and "listening to your body" are very foreign ideas to me. So like, I'm trying to fix decades of self abuse in the easiest and cheapest way possible. And preferably in any way that doesn't involve running.
