I've been watching online Blender lessons for the past few days in order to model a new logo for my site. Yesterday I decided to move away from the tutorial and just make the model using what I've learned.
The 45 insert was an SVG (well really a JPEG, but I converted it into SVG using Inkscape) file that I was able to import and give depth to, making it a 3d model. The actual frying pan model was made completely from scratch and I'm really surprised at how well it turned out. I'm gonna be learning some lighting stuff and will give it textures and **** before I do the final render, but the models are complete. I'm really excited at how well it turned out.
