The moral implications of having a child really don't exist. It's not bad, it's not good. It just is. Until you add other factors into it. Having a child doesn't predetermine an immoral amount of suffering. The conditions the child is raised in does. Even then, lets say the suffering of the child creates a character who does a great part in ending a particular immoral affliction in the world. What is the morality of that?
