That "Couch to 5k" app is hilarious. I like the drill instructor best though the zombie is a close second. Great app if you just want to time your run and get encouragement. Ever tried "Run zombies run"? Fun app. Like a game.
Santa run here in Stockholm on Sunday. Fun run 3K (or walk) and you get to dress like Santa and run through old town
