This. Though I still find doing things I love doing fairly difficult to do because my motivation to do anything fadea. But that's me. Hopefully Fluff doesn't get to a point where he doesn't feel like he can get help.

Mentally it can get you in a vicious cycle of feeling sorry for yourself and losing any motivation. You get used to it. Which isn't really a good thing.
