Wow. In school we had this, Snake and a trapezoid/mechanics/puzzle game that I can no longer remember the name of. All defining moments in early PC gaming for me, because at that time we didn't have a computer in the house.
And yeah, for its time, this game didn't sugarcoat the havoc of famine and disease. Makes me wonder if my 'ol bitty teachers even realized what they were delving out to their students. Or maybe they did, and that was the point.
