So how many people here who work out on a regular basis watch their diet? If you do, how do you watch your diet?
I have to say that after many many many years of working out and not seeing much results, in the last year or so I've decided to go totally beserk with my protein intake and actually start taking the recommended amount of protein (about 2grams per kg of bodyweight I belive) and I've started to see some results. I was taking weight gainers and started to gain weight finally. Unfortunately, it turned out a lot of that weight was fat so now I'm on a diet to lose it.

I just don't know if I'll ever be bothered enough to actually investigate how many macros I have to ingest daily and then weigh my food and be really precise about it. Right now I'm just kind of winging it and hoping for the best. :/
