I'm not talking about shareholders or any higher level than simply having bosses, supervisors and grunts etc. It makes complete sense to have a hierarchy within a factory/shop floor/any other job that requires delivering products or a service - and for those higher in the pecking order to have more say and get paid more.
I can't even imagine the monumental floods of sh*t that would envelop the streets if you gave everybody an equal say in how McDonalds, bars, shopping centers etc.
F*cking spotty Bryan making a decision on how they should stack the shelves because he's feeling a little lazy today. I'm sure customers would like that.
