Woke up early in the morning to rain coming down on this mid-July summer's day. "Right on. Right on." Opened some windows and let the cool breeze flow. I've been really busy for a while now, so today was official Aux-In Relaxation Day, and it wasn't long before I started counting sheep on my couch, which is not my normal routine. Got *woke* hours later and it was hot as balls because it wasn't raining anymore. Typical bipolar weather here. Alright, whatever.
Got a phone call from a long-time friend of mine who's having a fallout with his mother. His dad died a few years ago, and they have some other siblings, but of them all he and his wife are in a better situation to take care of her. Even though his mom's always been kind of a bitch, the falling out now part sucks to hear. Other than her kids, she's all alone as far as I know. I just hope it doesn't get worse.
Just finished off 60% of pizza #1. I was going to get one anyway, but they threw a 50% off coupon in my face when I logged in online, for no particular reason. Like I'm going to be able to resist that for just a few bucks more than a single pizza would've cost me.
