I think the weight loss portion of it is the worst justification. Calorie restriction of any kind does that. If youre not fasting for the other supposed benefits you should probably just eat healthier and less.

you dont do from a 3 meal diet to a one meal right away. ya start with a two meal on a 8 hour and then one meal on a 4 hour and then maybe a one meal and thats it after a while
