Get it sorted first though. When is it to be used? Not for every damn contentious decision surely? As the guys on RTE said, hand out yellow cards (and don't just SAY you're going to hand them out) for players screaming for VAR, otherwise you're going to have every decision questioned by up to ten men. Make it faster and not impact the game. Show us the decision, let us in on the conversation.
Oh, and surround all the VAR people's screens with pink tinsel.
