Okay, I gave this album a second listen and I was tempted to say maybe I was premature in my vote. Maybe I should have given it a five, but then there is the occasional track that doesn't quite do it for me. Overall, though, this is a very good piece of work. You can hear some of the bite going back into Bowie and it shows in several songs here. Favorite tracks are Cactus, Afraid, and Everyone Says Hi. Not a perfect album but certainly the best since Lodger, and this time, that is really saying something.
