So a few weeks I stumbled on this dude that has insane house parties. Hardcore bands, half pipe in the backyard, kegs, chicks, 4 PS4's, 4 T.V's. This is all alleged, although I've heard multiple sources confirm it. Finally going tonight. The pass-code is DIY.
