I think Bill Waterson made the right decision though, to terminate the comic before it started repeating itself. I never read Deadpool as a kid. I just knew a little bit about Batman, Spiderman and Xmen (loved Xmen, who were called "Project X" in the early years of the comics here in Denmark). I had this album with the origin story of Wolverine which I adored. I never actually got into superhero comics that much. I just kind of read whatever was availbable, some of which would be super hero stuff.
