. How dare the DUke of Normandy write in french....although Normandy is in France..but how dare he! And King of England as well..and not speaking English..send him back to Normandy.!(truth be told, our present Queen of Sweden, SIlvia, is German. She used to be made fun of alot because of the way she speaks Swedish..kind of butchers it on occasion. )
