Does it though? No one is saying woulda/shoulda/coulda... Would've/Should've/Could've are all legitimate contractions that could easily be mistaken for would of/should of/could of when speaking and then transcribed incorrectly.
This is similar to "play it by year" and "for all intensive purposes"..
