Did not expect this at all from the guy who looks like an old Skittles "Taste the rainbow, be the rainbow" commercial.
Definitely a studio gangster though. He's killed nobody. Game is going to pull his Blood card for ironically not following protocol and checking in when he hit Cali. Plus, his whole crew was getting washed by Aqualeo while he hid behind them.
