I would first suggest fixing the links so they work.

Whenever I click on them I just get the code and not a new page. I would center the banners at the bottom. The top logo/banner is OK, but it is a bit hard to read what it says. Other than that the website is actually not too bad. It's simple and not flashy and that's probably best. And I can't really say anything else until I can click those links.
