Sounds like they have a wolf or a coyote doing backup vocals when this starts, but once it gets going it's a very pleasant album I must say. I like the singer's voice; she has almost folkish tinges in there, and generally it's relatively laid back and mid-paced. “If The Dogs Don't Get You, My Sisters Will” has a kind of Lanterns on the Lake feel to it, and there's a very bouncy poppy idea to “Faces in the Mirror”, with a kind of new-wave synthy romp on “Molotov”. Lovely bluesy tone to the closer, “Dead Again”. Good stuff.
