yea ok lets csi this bitch/jerk lets look at the facts...

male:
adams apple
small legs (most women have more thigh then that..shape if you will)
shape

female:
small build
facial features (some)
pants (the style of the pants.. low cut, faded..)
wrist (small arms, but has whatever on the wrist)

we don't have much to go on
