Nope...muslim. Yogyakarta is a old sultanate under Republik Indonesia.
It's an sultanate but strongly influenced by old Hindu culture, similar to the one depicted in that girl band MV. The sultans were descendants of ancient Hindu kings. My own name is derived from sanskrit word, like many Javanese
This is inside the sultanate palace, you can see strong hindu influences.
