Andrew was easily the best Spider-Man even if the way Peter was written was lame. The man can quip. I'd be interested to see what would have happened if the first three movies hadn't existed and they'd written Peter more traditionally rather than making him all delinquent to change things up. I imagine Garfield would have been better able to cover the full spectrum of Parker's character, such as his angry moodiness that at least bordered on autism from the early days of the comic.
