Disney movies are huge over here too, but I've never gone out of my way to watch those from before my time. I'm most familiar with the 90's output, and maybe late 80's. It's pretty spotty what I have and haven't watched from before then.
The Lion King, Aladdin, The Little Mermaid, Mulan... those are the ones I'm sure that I've watched multiple times.

You really should make time for early Disney. A lot of it is kind of dated, especially for its portrayal of female antagonists, but... I don't know... it's ****ing Disney. It's just the best **** ever. At the very least you need to see
Cinderella and
101 Dalmations.
But yeah the 90s **** will always stick with me the most.
Aladdin,
Beauty and the Beast,
Lion King,
The Little Mermaid,
Mulan,
Pocahontas, and
Hercules will always be heavy hitters in my favorite movies of all-time no matter how old I get, but especially since I was the perfect age. But the old movies, while dated, most definitely have their worth in spades if you give them the chance.
