You should check the the Austin Texas based all-female punk band The Applicators. You can download their stuff if you have limewire, but they might be on other mp3 pirating platforms. I used to think checks can't do punk. The girls make the Tsunami Bombs sound like Britney Spears. They are real punk with no pop pretension. Check them out, they've been around for years.
