Friends, today I claim the final phase of my autonomy! For the first time in nearly a decade, I am a licensed driver and the proud owner of a vehicle.
After failing my first test miserably, I shelled out a few hundred for private lessons, and seven days later I absolutely ACED my test this afternoon.
That's 3 hours every day of my life back that I won't spend standing at bus stops in the rain. That's the ability to go where I please when I so desire. Freedom is mine at last! (And it did it before the first snow!)
