Whether this is supposed to disarm me or not, or just lull me into a false sense of security, there's a lovely piano and organ intro to the first track that is quite spacey, none (so far) of the frenetic, seemingly chaotic music that tends to characterise my poor understanding certainly of AGJ. Only four tracks, in fairness, but none of them under fifteen minutes, with the longest hitting twenty-one, so much to get through. Second one is more driven by what sounds like a church organ (some sort of organ anyway) with definitely a more jazzy tone than the opener. It's good stuff but 15-20 minutes of basically the same stuff is a little hard to take. It gets a bit boring at times. Good background music I guess. But I'm now halfway into the third track and I don't feel I can take another twenty minutes plus of this. Just too boring really.
