If I remember correctly, my luck with Canadian indie rock bands has not been great. But this starts off well, and though I'm now four tracks in and kind of haven't been paying full attention, this track is pretty sweet too. “Back in School”, with attendant cries of children, who are, I'm sure, glad to be back there. The title track is good too. I kind of can't point to a whole lot I specifically like here, but I can make enough of a determination that the album is better than I expected. Would probably be a grower.
