That's all and well but when you continually ignore other explanations that paint a clearer portrait of the situation, some might say that your "denial of the causal relationship is intellectual dishonesty."
Others might tell you that correlation and causation are by no means equivalent and that it is intellectually dishonest to suggest that they are without more to bring to the table.
