Tried this one today and it came out ridiculously awesome.

Rack of St. Louis or Baby Back pork ribs.
Remove the silver skin.
Cut them so they fit comfortably in a crock pot.
Cover them with a good quality root beer.
Cook on low for 5.5 hours. Give the crock pot a shake every 30 mins. or so.

Remove the ribs, get rid of all of the fluids and fat.

Put them back in and douse them with a good BBQ sauce. Sweet Baby Ray's is my go to.
Let them go another 45 minutes on low.
Set your broiler on high and put a rack in the highest position.
Broil the ribs but keep a close eye on them. You want the BBQ sauce to just start to char but not get burned.

Had this with some roasted corn on the cob. ****ing nirvana.
