Well, when you see a bill addressing issues that specifically affect women on a greater scale than men and can't get past the fact that a bill addressing issues that specifically affect women doesn't also focus on men, it is absolutely whiny bull****. That's because a bill addressing issues that specifically affect women does not define a government's actions towards or ability to protect men's rights.
