It's specifically made with Taylor product. Your "pork roll, egg, and cheese" leaves out the wonder and incredible tastiness that Taylor and Taylor alone can provide. Sure, you can get pork roll other places, but motherf*cker NJ is lucky to be able to get that salty f*cking Jesus meat from Taylor and almost exclusively. You're not paying respect to the people who bring you this deliciousness. Try coming out west and ordering pork roll. I've vomited three times just typing that sentence.
Pay homage to Taylor and thank them by ordering their product by saying their goddamn name. This is why we'll never be true friends you southern jersey dirty boon.
EDIT: I did some more research you f*ck.

Pork Roll (regionally known as Taylor Ham)[1][2][3] is a pork-based processed meat originating and commonly available in New Jersey, New York, Delaware and parts of Pennsylvania and Maryland. It was developed in 1856[4] by John Taylor of Trenton, New Jersey, and sold as "Taylor Ham". Other producers entered the market, and subsequent food labeling regulations required Taylor to designate it as a "pork roll" alongside their competitors.

Don't even try to say "It's wikipedia. That sh*t could be false." There are sources.
EDIT NUMBA 2: IT'S IN THE F*CKING STATE LEGISLATURE.
Quote:
On April 14, 2016, Assemblyman Tim Eustace introduced an Act in the New Jersey State Legislature designating the Taylor Ham, egg, and cheese sandwich as the New Jersey State Sandwich and supplementing chapter 9A of Title 52 of the Revised Statutes. "An Act designating the Taylor Ham, egg, and cheese sandwich as the New Jersey State Sandwich and supplementing chapter 9A of Title 52 of the Revised Statutes."[4]
