Crows and ravens are wonderful, amazing creatures and I want a thousand of them-- did you ever see that story about the little girl who had befriended a raven or crow (can't remember which) and was gifted little trinkets and presents as a result? They're so smart, and of course they remember faces, so they returned the girl's gesture.
