Yes I have heard Circus Maximus and they are no different to bands doing the same thing 10-15 years earlier. Comparing Adagio to the likes of Mozart is abusurd, perhaps if Adagio were creating masterpieces when they were 8 I might have to rethink my opinion.
But really i'm not comparing bands on musical ability, as you said I was merely expressing my opinion and I assure you I don't really care.
