I think they're also simply called almond eyes. It seems most people prefer large light-colored eyes (in songs and poems anyhow) over here, rather than dark almond-shaped ones. :c
OH! Slightly off-topic, but could you perhaps explain the term 'Mahrokh'? (I don't remember the equivalent english term-- moon? Moon-face?) Is it a compliment or an insult?
