So I caught up with the Expanse, and oh my god.
Episodes 4 and 5 of season 2 simply blew me away. I really don't want to spoil anything so I'll leave it at that, but I also now know what I could add to all the praise I gave the show earlier: it makes other sci fi shows look like they were made for a teenage audience. And not in a "it's so boring it must be for "adults"" way

Seriously go see it.
Also I have to say, Thomas Jane is a good actor. Or at least - he's a good actor here.
