My warning would be very loud and very clear. The upstairs hall light would be on right after I got my gun, and before I dialed 911. Pulling the trigger would be the absolute last resort.

This is not a cavalier issue. Even though a lot of dudes who own guns to make up for having a small dick try to make it one.

I take gun ownership as serious as it can be taken.
