As far as super mainstream artists go, I really enjoy Bruno Mars hits and most of J.Cole.
Other artists include Allen Stone and Jamie Cullum.
Allen Stone is a "poppy" Soul/Rhythm and Blues artist.
Jamie Cullum is a "poppy" contemporary jazz artist. He has some deep roots stuff that includes a lot of traditional jazz and swing, but for the most part he's contemporary.
