No relevance whatsoever.

The black on black crime in Chiraq is boiled down to living in ghettos and project housing along with the school to prison pipeline and the endless cycle that is hard to get out of. It isn't a simple solution and I don't have the answers but just because that happens doesn't mean it's perfectly fine and fair to harass me just because I happen to be black. GTFO.

We're not talking about being harassed, we're talking about being stopped. It's perfectly fine to stop you if you match the description of a suspect.
Where I live there is a problem with things like car theft, burglary & arson. The perpetrators are nearly always white lads in their teens. When I was younger I would get stopped and searched regularly. They had nothing to go by other than the fact I was wearing a tracksuit and in an area that has a lot of this type of crime in it. It is a nuisance but that's just tough. Answer the questions, ask for a slip in case you're late for something or in case you get stopped again and carry on with your life.
This bit was great:

Also maybe think about the fact that you are stopping that particular race and inflating the number of arrests.

Police doing their jobs you mean. An arrest is going to happen if the person being stopped is either doing something wrong (drug possession/warrant for their arrest) or acting the twat with the police (giving them cheek, resisting arrest and so on). In either case, so what?
