Did you read the part where I mentioned that I'm the only employee left? Three top level company VP officers were let go and I still have a job. The CEO and I talk on a daily basis about every issue related to trying to keep the company alive and trying to win the lawsuit. He doesn't make a move until we've conferred and come to a common ground.
