Drunken Master is a definite classic. The ones I mentioned above (Supercop, Rumble in the Bronx, the Project A movies, and the Operation Condor movies) are right around when he broke into the Hollywood mainstream (Rumble in the Bronx was made specifically for that purpose), but they are still Honk Kong action flicks, so they are worth your time. Supercop especially...it's technically Police Story 3, but the US only got the third one so it's known as Supercop here. Jackie Chan and Michelle Yeoh are an insane stuntperson match made in heaven. All the Police Stories are also worth your time. Others HK Jackie Chan movies worth your time that are easy enough to find stateside:
Master with Cracked Fingers
Dragon Fist
The Legend of Drunken Master (it's a "sequel" to Drunken Master)
Crime Story
The Protector
As you can tell, I'm a big Jackie Chan fan.
