Fox News, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin, The Tea Party, Alex Jones, Ted Cruz, and now Trump to name but a few.

All of them preach the same damn message. It's the government's fault. It's the democrats' fault. It's the immigrants' fault. It's the liberal media's fault. It's those social services fault. It's the minorities' fault. Etc.
