And the beatles made pop. Why are they remarkable and diverse and the stones sold out?

I'm still with the stones.
The Beatles started with pop and turned to rock, while keeping their fanbase (a very hard thing to do). The other guy is saying that the Stones went from rock to pop.

The Beatles were very diverse for many reasons, including genre experimentation, the number of instruments used and simply the musicians' creativity.
