Well, as you've seen me state, I'm done biting. From now on I'm ignoring his posts in general. That includes his votes, so now there's a good reason for me to ignore his trolling, and his votes. But that's not going to stop him from lying about me and probably getting people to complain even more. So if he causes anymore problems, I won't be the one to bite. If his lying gets to other users, I'll go to the mods. I'm not trying to treat Nea unfairly, and I was never "aganst" his voting.
IOn fact, I checked all of the bands on his vote, (one of them was only labelled as stoner on Bandcamp, so I decided to count bandcamp this time anyway to avoid any comflict, and I had never said Bandcamp wasn't allowed). But then I noticed the snot joke he made, so I wasn't so sure it was a real vote or just a dumb joke. So I asked him about it. He spent so much time avoiding the question. I could have ignored it, but then he would've complained that I didn't count the vote. So I asked him nicely, then I confronted him. I then told him to end the argung and joking or he wouldn't get to vote anymore, not because the vote wasn't eligible (and all of the bands counted), but because he wouldn't stop arguing with me. I didn't want to take away his votes, but I want to argue with him less. Now I have a legitimate reason to ignore his messages.

Having said that, isn't that a good enough reason to go to the mods? I only bit because I didn't want him complaining. And he kept doing it. I can't tell when he's being serious or not (most of the time). So if he continues to give me a hard time, I'll get a mod. I'll ignore his posts the best I can, though. What he said about me was bull, so there';s no real reason for anyone to believe I'm "going against him" as I never had any beef with him before he first made that statement weeks ago.
And about the joke, I avoided counting it because I didn't want him complaining that I counted a joke rather than a "real vote." That's why I asked him. I would have counted it, but I confronted him. I gave him what he wanted because I can't tell with him. So now I know his form of trolling is with seemingly serious remarks.
