But you made statements like "John Lee Hooker isn't delta blues." I would've considered the "irony" in your post if you didn't make statements like that. I don't know every delta blues artist, I'll admit. And you specifically stated "It doesn't matter" without first explaining how it seemed ironic to you. You even went as far as to say I didn't know what delta blues sounds like.

But unlike you seemed to be, I was aware that musicians can play more than one music genre. I do know what the sound is, so don't assume I'm being ironic if I decide to use actual music sites to determine which bands are eligible. Plus, you ultimately refused to change your vote even after you had nothing to prove me wrong about.
I really thought that explanation of yours was something that you quickly read over the internet to show me that you know what you were talking about with the Blues. You started the Delta Blues round and wham-mo your an expert.

I didn't change my vote because if you said nothing of Blues players who played in the ragtime style why should I change my vote cause Elizabeth Cotten played in a ragtime style? I would had voted for Blind Blake but I was too afraid someone on RYM would had tagged him as "Delta Blues."
