Him and Steven Wilson/Porcupine Tree are my go to's in terms of that type of prog. Granted, PT is much more Floyd'ish but Steven Wilson really adds to the atmosphere really well. Not a terrific vocalist, but the kind of vocalist that the genre calls for, and it's done well.
